Shower floors can get black and grimy this is due to soap scum buildup and lime deposits. As far as general cleaning you can use a product like scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner with orange works quite well and has a nice smell. As for mold and mildew buildup, there are different cleaners another good one to try is arm and hammer shower fresh spray. It is better to go with a commercial product than a home remedy because it can really make the job easier and will almost always make the tile look better. You can use home remedies to get off soap scum. But its also probably better to go with a commercial product because it can be a real pain getting on all fours to scrub tile.
Turtle wax is another great product for cleaning soap scum, slime, and water deposits. Some home remedies to clean the shower tile and/or glass door is to use a soft cloth that has has lemon oil. This removes the scum and water marks. For cleaning grout, use soft scrub with clorox. You can also wipe down your shower with vinegar once a week and it will help the tile shine and help stop water deposits and soap scum from forming. Always remember to read the label on any cleaning products you are using on your shower door. You can also try a product called rainx on your shower doors.
